Because your order is unique, you must call me to place an order so that I can fully
understand your
ideas. Some customers prefer to just tell me to make a picture
like
one they see on my website, except for me to use their own words and different colors.
And, some customers send me a photo of a new design for me to trace. You can
be
specific about your wire colors, or just tell me to make your picture with bold,
pastel,
or earthtone colors.
I need to know the following details for your order (which I can help you with):
- Picture Design
- Picture Style (Mountain or Original)
- Picture Size
- Wood Frame Color (#1 - #24) or
- Metal Frame Color (#1 - #28)
- Background Color
- Wire Colors
- Words (optional)
- Easel (optional)
- Shipping Info
Then, I plug in your shipping information at USPS.com and tell you what your
shipping
charge and final total will be.
I take your credit card information over the phone and
process it via Square
Processing.
You will get a receipt via text when I process your card.
