Ship

There is a $5 surcharge if you send me a photo for a
new design.   Normal design modifications, such as
shrinking or enlarging an existing design and chang-
ing the words are included in the picture price.

If your purchase will be received anywhere in the
state of North Carolina (my state of residency), then
I am mandated to charge a sales tax based on the
sales tax rate for that North Carolina county. But, if
it will be received outside of North Carolina, then
there is no sales tax.

I ship via USPS Priority or Ground.  I will charge you
what I am charged plus the cost of the shipping box

(if applicable).  My normal turn-around time is one
week out the door from when I take your order.
